Refund and Returns Policy


Overview

“All Sales Are Final”

All sales are final due to the custom-made nature of our products. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or there was an error on our part regarding the details of your custom order.

Exceptions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and determine whether a replacement or repair is necessary.
  • Misunderstanding of Order Details: If we made an error on your custom order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will do our best to correct the mistake.
  • Legal Requirements: We will always comply with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations regarding returns and refunds.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to our all sales are final policy.

    Order Cancellation

    We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If the items you ordered are in stock, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or modifications.

      Refunds (When Applicable)

      All orders are final sale. Our products are carefully designed and produced in limited quantities from leftover stone, making each piece unique. Variations in veining and coloration are to be expected. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed.

      Damages

      Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and images. Natural imperfections in the stone will not be considered damages. If your item is damaged beyond natural flaws, a return label will be provided. Please return the item within 15 days of receiving the label. Once we receive your return, a replacement will be sent. If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

      Incorrect Items

      If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and images so we can best assist you. Each piece is unique due to the natural variations of the stone, and you may not receive the exact unit pictured on the website. Items will only be considered incorrect if they differ in size, style, or stone from what you ordered. If you did not receive the correct item, a return label will be provided. Please return the item within 15 days of receiving the label. No advance exchange will be allowed: once we have received your return, the correct item will be sent to you. If the item you originally ordered is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

      Late or missing refunds Items

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@precisionstonecollection.

      Sale items

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@precisionstonecollection.

      Shipping returns

      To return your product, you should mail your product to:

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
